On November 11 and 12, our team had the pleasure of attending SME Strategies 2025 as invited guests. These two days were packed with discoveries, meaningful exchanges, and inspiring moments. They gave us the chance to connect with professionals from various industries and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges businesses face today.

One of the most rewarding aspects of these two days was meeting professionals from a variety of industries and roles. Engaging with entrepreneurs, marketing directors, and technical experts allowed us to exchange ideas, expand our professional network, and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities other businesses are navigating.

It’s always fascinating to see how each organization operates with its unique goals and dynamics. These conversations helped us validate some of our market assumptions and inspired fresh strategic approaches for our clients.

Putting Faces to Clients and Partners

This event also gave us the chance to meet several of our clients and their teams in person. Among them, we had the pleasure of talking directly with Stéphane L'Archevêque, CEO of SLV Expert, a Quebec-based company specializing in Excel, VBA, and Power BI. They offer custom development, training, and technical support to help businesses automate processes and make better use of data. Since 2006, SLV Expert has helped clients create dashboards, interactive reports, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Caroline Maranda, president and consultant at Viaconseil, a human resources and total rewards consulting firm based in Montréal. Viaconseil focuses on helping small and medium-sized organizations by tailoring its services to each company's culture and specific needs. Their expertise includes talent attraction and engagement, compensation policies, pay equity, role optimization, and executive support (strategic planning, coaching, etc.).

Additionally, we connected with Cindy Driscoll, president of HR Pearls, an HR consulting firm founded in 2017 and based in Boisbriand, Quebec. Their mission is to bring HR practices into the heart of business strategies. They offer a wide range of services, including HR management (projects, departments), recruitment (headhunting, psychometric evaluations), training (HR campus, leadership), and management coaching.

We also reconnected with a former customer, Charles Cormier, President and CEO of CHUCK & CO. the company helps entrepreneurs take full advantage of digital technology to grow their business. The company offers solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, increase sales and improve customer satisfaction, through clear audits, document management and the implementation of effective digital strategies. Their approach is to identify problems, propose appropriate solutions and simplify the complexity of digital. These privileged moments have enabled us to reinforce the closeness and trust that animate our collaborations, while putting a face on day-to-day exchanges that are often virtual.

Meeting these individuals face-to-face, sharing words of appreciation, and strengthening our collaborations brought added warmth to our often virtual interactions. These in-person exchanges remind us that behind every project and strategy, there are passionate people. Direct contact like this is essential for building lasting relationships and ensuring alignment with our clients’ goals and ambitions.
